Glutamate

Sodium glutamate is used as a food additive that improves the taste. It may not be safe because many believe it can cause allergic symptoms and side effects.

Food

• The sample is taken on an empty stomach. The last food intake should be at least 8 hours before you introduce yourself for testing.
• Avoid Smoking for an hour before collecting the analysis.

Recommendations

• We recommend avoiding physical activity prior to the study.
• Postpone the collection of tests immediately after paraclinical studies (roentgen, TC, MRI) and physiotherapy procedures. They can affect the results of the test.
