Gluten is the elastic rubbery protein present in Wheat, Rye, Barley and to a lesser degree in Oats. It binds the dough in bread and other baked goods. Gluten F79 IgE- this test is an allergen-specific IgE antibody test that quantifies an individual's IgE response to gluten.
- Postpone the process of testing immediately after paraclinical studies (roentgen, TC, MRI) and physiotherapy procedures. They can affect test results.
