<p>The test is used to diagnose gluten-sensitive enteropathy (celiac disease). The following risk groups should also be tested:</p><ul><li><p>In patients with atypical symptoms (infertility, osteoporosis).</p></li><li><p>Patients with diseases associated with celiac disease and associated with the HLA system (DZ type 1, autoimmune hepatitis, primary biliary cirrhosis).</p></li><li><p>In patients with genetic diseases associated with celiac disease (IgA deficiency, down syndrome).</p></li><li><p>Close relatives of patients with celiac disease.</p></li></ul><h4>Food</h4><ul><li>A blood sample is taken on an empty stomach. The last food intake should be at least 8 hours before you visit our center for tests.</li><li>Do not smoke at least an hour before the tests.</li></ul><h4>Recommendations</h4><ul><li>We recommend you to avoid strenuous activities before testing. During 10-20 minutes - during the collection of the analysis, try to relax.</li><li>Postpone the tests immediately after paraclinical studies (roentgen, TC, MRI) and physiotherapy procedures. They can affect test results.</li></ul>
