Respiratory gymnastics with breathing apparatus

Pregătirea:

Inform the doctor and physiotherapist about your diagnosis, associated diseases and treatments. Take your recent medical documents (spirometry, x-rays, tests, medical letters) with you. Dress loosely, in clothes that do not restrict breathing. Avoid large meals before the session; it is advisable to come at least 1–1. 5 hours after your last meal. Make sure you have used the inhaled treatments or medication prescribed by the doctor (if applicable).
